Daily Rental Rates vary and can be viewed by choosing Book Online Now.  Rates do not reflect the 11.5% FL Bed Tax.

 Spring Break: Mar 14-April 19 $6,250/Week    
 Spring: April 19-May 22 $4,500/Week   
 Summer: May 23-Aug 9 $8,500/Week
 Late Summer: Aug 10-Sept 6 $5,250/Week
 Fall: Sept 6-Oct 31 $4,250/Week  
 Winter:Nov 1 - Mar 13 (excludes holidays) $3,600/Week  
 Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years

 $5,000/Week  

$250 and a signed contract is needed to reserve the property. $650 Cleaning Fee is waived for all rentals greater than or equal to 7 nights. Optional Pool heat is $50/day. Optional 6 Passenger Street Legal Golf Cart Rental (LSV) $385/week.  1/2 of rental payment including Florida Bed Tax of 11.5% is due 6 months prior to check-in and the balance due 30 days prior to check-in.  Once final payment is received, all check in information is provided. Credit card number on file is required for security deposit.  Card willl only be charged if damages occur.
