$250 and a signed contract is needed to reserve the property.  Optional Pool heat is $50/day. Optional 6 Passenger Street Legal Golf Cart Rental (LSV) $455/week.  1/2 of rental payment including the Florida Bed Tax of 12% is due 6 months prior to check-in and the balance due 30 days prior to check-in.  Once the final payment is received, all check-in information is provided.
